The army will be engaged in securing hospitals

The government yesterday accepted the proposal of the Ministry of Health for the engagement of members of the Army, informs Zhurnal.

Soldiers will be involved in securing hospitals as additional assistance to MIA members.

The government has concluded that consent must be sought from the state president and supreme commander of the armed forces, Stevo Pendarovski.

The head of state last week at the Security Council session on security, has expressed readiness that if the Government requests, to make available as much as necessary members of the Army as logistical support in the fight against the pandemic.
