Six Balkan countries agree to reopen borders without requiring coronavirus tests

The Macedonian Government announced that it has reached a coordinated decision with Albania, Bosnia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia to open the borders in the region without requiring coronavirus tests.

Currently Macedonian citizens can travel only to Albania and Turkey without the mandatory test. Once the decision is put into force, much of the Balkans will be reopened. Efforts to bring Bulgaria and Greece into the program have apparently failed.
