Next Joint Meeting of Albanian-Kosovo Govts Announced

The governments of Kosovo and Albania will hold a joint meeting on Friday in Shkodra.

The news was announced Monday at a meeting of the Kosovo government, where Deputy Prime Minister Albulena Balaj-Halimaj, who is also the coordinator for this meeting, said that most of the draft agreements between the two countries have been completed.

“I ask for understanding from our ministers if any draft agreement will not pass for an agreement there, due to the legal procedures that the Albanian side has. But I believe that so far most of them have been completed, but finalization will take place tomorrow,” she said.

In addition, the government in today’s meeting approved several draft regulations, among which the one on the reintegration of repatriated persons.
