The Ministry of Justice has several times intervened to the Greek authorities for the extradition of former employees in DSK, Goran Grujevski and Nikola Boskovski, but from there they received answers that they can not be found anywhere, informed Bojan Maricic, Minister of Justice in the country , reports the Journal.
He says that the Ministry of Justice is making big efforts for the persons wanted with international arrest warrants and if there is any information the public will be notified in time.
He added that the Greek side had once rejected the request for their extradition, and then the Ministry of Justice has again prepared a new request for extradition.
“After completing the documentation, on December 14, 2018, a new request for extradition was submitted to the Republic of Greece. In the request we have listed all the details. We have listed the reasons why the president’s decision is invalid, then that it is unchangeable, we also mentioned the fact that for a PSP case, the Supreme Court of Greece has not been interpreted,” said Minister Maricic.
Otherwise, Gruevski and Boskovski are charged in the “Target-Fortress” case and were arrested by Greek police in Thessaloniki on October 18, 2017 while trying to escape to Budapest.
