Konrad Adenauer Stiftung will bring the leaders of the main opposition parties together for a conference

The leaders of the main opposition parties, Hristijan Mickoski (VMRO-DPMNE), Ziadin Sela (Alliance of Albanians) and Afrim Gashi (Alternative) will jointly attend a conference on building a European future organized by the German conservative Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.

The event is planned for Friday at the Skopje Hilton. This will be a first such event for the leaders of the three parties that together almost rival the ruling SDSM – DUI – BESA coalition in the Parliament and have been cooperating more and more on a number of issues, including raising the prospect of a formal coalition ahead of the 2021 municipal elections.
