Osmani and Galloway sign agreements on trade, partnership and cooperation

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bujar Osmani, and the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Rachel Gallovej, today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed an agreement on partnership, trade and cooperation between the two countries, informs Zhurnal.

This agreement, according to the MFA, regulates trade relations between the two countries after the United Kingdom leaves the European Union.

“The agreement is the legal basis for future trade relations between the two countries, which are currently being developed in accordance with the Stabilization and Association Agreement between the Republic of Northern Macedonia and the European Union. It ensures the full continuity of trade relations without changes in the current conditions and will be implemented after the end of the next period agreed between the EU and the United Kingdom, which is currently scheduled for December 31, 2020 “, say the MFA
