Criminal offenses – fraud during the sale of cars in the territory of the state have become more frequent, informs Zhurnal.
For this, the Ministry of Interior appeals to the citizens to be careful not to enter into agreements for the sale of the car, before receiving the money of the agreed amount.
The reason is that there are some fraudsters who enter into notary agreements by not giving the money, and then justify themselves with false evidence of deferment of payment. Subsequently, fraudsters lose all contact with the injured party, gaining illegally.
